Established in 2020, The ranch was envisioned to be both a business property with animal, hay and timber operations plus a recreational property. The ranch name was inspired from the property number in association to the corresponding Angel Number. 222 represents balance, collaboration, love, and harmony. This angel number manifests the journey… trust that you're on the right path.

The ranch is 186 acres with fifty in rolling pastures shaded by large cedar, oak, hickory and pine trees. Three ponds adorn the pastures and multiple creeks flow through the meadows. The majority of the land is heavily wooded forest with dramatic elevation changes.

At the ranch we strive to steward the land in a hands-on positive and sustainable manner. Improving the property and adding amenities that will allow friends, family and our animals to experience the wonderful land of Northeast Texas.
